Description
blend of Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc from various sites around the subregion of Gols, Burgenland, fermented on the skins for 20 days on average, some whole-bunches and some de-stemmed. Final fermentation in fudres and used barriques. No racking, aged on the lees for eight months. Blended immediately before bottling, not filtered and No additions of S02.
