Victor took over five hectares of family vineyards, consisting of old vines (almost hundred year old) situated on the foot of mount Brouilly, Saint-Étienne Des Ouilleres, Beaujolais. Previous to this Victor took a doctorate in Pharmacy, before getting in to winemaking 2014. It was actually through his cousin who is part of a long line of winegrowers within the family. He is also the reason Victor took on Natural winemaking practices aswell as getting inspired by other winemakers within the region.
The Vineyards consist of manly Gamay but also small amounts of priced parcel of Chardonnay. The winery has been certified organic since 2018 aswell as the same year Victor stopped adding Sulfites.
